Introduction

Terms of Participation

To the full extent allowed by applicable law, 10milliondollarblastclub.com at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.

By signing up for the 10milliondollarblastclub.com program, Member is opting-in to receive other special offer emails from 10milliondollarblastclub.com. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime .

10milliondollarblastclub.com reserves the right to track Member's activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity.

10milliondollarblastclub.com has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel, at any time and for any or no reason, a Member's membership in and access to the 10milliondollarblastclub.com Website and the 10milliondollarblastclub.com program. All Earnings may be cancelled in 10milliondollarblastclub.com sole discretion, and the Member may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted by 10milliondollarblastclub.com.

Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by 10milliondollarblastclub.com. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.

10milliondollarblastclub.com shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision 10milliondollarblastclub.com makes relating to the cancellation of Earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.

Spamming is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise 10milliondollarblastclub.com will result in immediate termination of your account and a forfeiture of your account balance. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Member's discontinued participation in the 10milliondollarblastclub.com program or failure to notify 10milliondollarblastclub.com of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of Member's membership and forfeiture of Member's unredeemed Earnings.

Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the 10milliondollarblastclub.com program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.

If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the 10milliondollarblastclub.com program and properly terminate his or her membership.

Refunds

There are no refunds for leads are. Leads will be delivered within 5 business days. All leads are 1 to 45 days old. There is no refund for PRO membership under any circumstance. PRO membership entitles you to a 50% discount for leads. If you had pre purchased a life time autoresponder account there is no refund due to we have to pre pay the programmer. If anyone does a dispute through PayPal or does a chargeback they will be removed and blacklisted. Also we will take legal action if necessary for any loss we may receive from your actions.

Prizes are given out 30 days from the date the posted level is met and maintained for at least 30 days. Prizes can be substituted or skipped based on the sole discretion of 10MillionDollarBlastClub.com. Members my opt to take a monetary value instead of the prizes. This offer is void where prohibited by law. We will make every effort to give you the bonus prize you earn. Also note some prizes will have to be reported due to tax reasons. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Note due to the situation in Japan, when you win the iPad 2 you may choose to wait for us to get one or you may receive an iPad 1 or $500. Just let us know when you win.

Phone Broadcasting

Phone Broadcasting is a free service for our members who purchase 1,000 or more Survey leads. It is as is and there are no promises of guarantee or results. Your results will be based on the popularity of your business. Your leads will be ran through the broadcaster one time. Again this is a free service so you will not have to pay for it somewhere else.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 10milliondollarblastclub.com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 10milliondollarblastclub.com MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER 10milliondollarblastclub.com NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member and 10milliondollarblastclub.com in connection with general membership in the 10milliondollarblastclub.com program and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights.
